Why is the battery of my surface laptop Go 2 draining so fast
My device is a Surface Laptop Go 2. According to my device, it should have its battery life lasting up to 10 hours. But within 4- 5 hours the battery from 100% goes to 20%. I usually only use 2-3 apps, mostly chrome. I have tried all battery saving method suggested , the device is up to date and done a surface diagnosis kit too.

How do I boot a Surface Laptop to the UEFI menu?
To boot to UEFI without using the buttons, please hold down the Shift key and click the Restart icon on the screen. This will boot you to Choose an Option screen. Once there, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings. You should be able to boot to UEFI now.
